Dr. Akin Oparison runs an Organisational and Individual Performance Consultancy, 3e Performance, which supports individuals to bring out the leadership in them, such that they and their organisations can be the best they can be. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Lagos Business School, an FT ranked Business School. He holds a Masters and a Doctorate degree in Business Policy and Organisational Development from the UK.

For over seven years Akin was HR Vice President for Shell’s Downstream Business in Africa, a member of the Executive Management Team for Shell Oil Products Africa and a member of the Shell Downstream Global HR Leadership team.

Dr Oparison has over 25 years of management and leadership experience in blue chip multinational companies. He was a Management Consultant with Price Waterhouse where he worked on a wide range of assignments including Organisational Development and Change Management interventions, Executive Resourcing, Performance and Talent Management in private sector organisations ranging from Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies, financial services organisation and banks, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as public sector client organisations.

He also held senior executive HR positions in Sterling Winthrop and British American Tobacco.

He has lived and worked in 4 continents and is one of the Directors of SimplyUn4gettable Ltd.


Prior to joining Glowinkowski International in 2005, Gary was a Director of People Skills International the UK, Africa, and Australian affiliate of Psychological Associates, one of USA’s leading business behavioural consultancy. With a 50 year pedigree Psychological Associates provided business leaders and their employees a range of business processes and tools to develop their behavioural interpersonal skills and deliver improved business performance.

Gary is an agile and highly cultivated visionary leader with exceptional strategic development skills.  Gary has developed a powerful understanding of leadership for business and education, performance management and coaching.

Gary has implemented and managed the entire programme delivery for the Lloyds TSB Regulated Sales Area both at Sales Managers and Sales person level during 2007/8. He managed significant transformation programme in the South African Revenue Society (SARS), which involved coaching and mentoring 540 South African employees. Established the SARS Academy for all Managers to improve their performance and take responsibility for their own development and learning.

He has also facilitated a 60 strong team of professionals from different expert disciplines in Mumbai, acting as a recovery team for the Indian arm of a UK bank. Gary is a highly skilled facilitator and coach and has worked with numerous other organisations.

In Nigeria, he has led leadership development initiatives in NB PLC, Sahara Energy, Addax Petroleum, NLNG, LBS amongst others


Insel is a Director and co-founder of Meir with 30+ years experience in international HR with a broad ranging set of skills.

He has worked extensively in line HR management roles, including roles as HR Director with Granada and EDS. He has also worked as a senior consultant at a number of consulting practices, including Ernst & Young, as well as establishing his own consulting practice. His specialisation has been in the area of performance and talent management and he has developed a competency-based performance management and job evaluation system that now underpins the Meir survey process.

Insel has conducted consulting assignments in Europe, the Middle East and West and North Africa. Among his successes include global projects for a major bank; pan-European project for a major Aerospace company; numerous projects on the African continent including gold mines, air traffic control; and the only nuclear plant on the continent.

His passion to see Reward and Talent Management simplified and better integrated resulted in the creation of  the MEIR ‘Job Architecture’ process, built around a unique ‘core model’ serving all aspects of the people management process. It has been tried and tested in the field over the last 20+ years and has proven to be very robust. It’s also evolved to a point where it is comparable with all other alternatives available.


Eseohe has a passion for people development which is evident in all her roles. She is an Independent Facilitator and HR practitioner with a bias for Learning and Development (Instructional Design, Facilitation & Coaching). She has over 20 years’ experience in various client-facing roles (customer service & relationship management), human resources management and credit administration and management, in the ICT, Oil & Gas, Engineering and Telecoms industries.

In her role as lead consultant at IyvaGreen, Eseohe leverages her wide work experience in People management and development, policy formulation & process development, managing customer service and retention strategies to enhance her client’s organisational growth and the realization of set business goals.

Also, in her capacity as an independent facilitator & learning management professional, Eseohe helps employees of various organisations reach their ‘aha’ learning moments and become more productive through the design, development and implementation of varied learning initiatives and programmes. She has designed, developed and implemented (as a facilitator) diverse learning programs, including with such Nigerian household names as: MTN, ARM Academy, Dangote Group, First Bank of Nigeria Plc, SystemSpecs, Multichoice Nigeria, Reddington Hospital.

Eseohe is a graduate of Economics with a Post Graduate Diploma in Credit Management. She is a DDI Certified Facilitator, ThinkBuzan Licensed Instructor , Licensed HR Practitioner and an aspiring Certified Coach. She is also a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria(CIMPN) and Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD).
