Adenike Lamai is an administrator par excellence, with over two decades of wide and deep experience in various aspects of Administration and People Management. A graduate of History with Master’s in industrial Relations, Nike Lamai spend over 20 years in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry.

Known for her stellar work ethic and unimpeachable integrity, Adenike rose to become the Head of Administrative Services, for Addax Petroleum Nigeria managing all Lagos, Izombe (Imo State), Port-Harcourt & Abuja locations. In this role she was responsible for the following services in all company locations:

•Office & General Administration
•Immigration & Protocol Services
•Air & Land Travel (Local & International)
•Building & Facilities management
•Hospitality & Events

In 2015, Nike Lamai voluntarily left her Mangement position at Adda Petroleum to focus full time on her work in the non-profit sector 10 years before (2005), Nike had established Hadassah Healing Foundation (HHF) a faithbased non-profit organisation that has impacted thousands of Women in Africa , Asia & Europe without consideration for their colour, race or religion.

In its 15 years of existence, HHF has focused on supporting & empowering vulnerable women and girls through various projects including: welfare support schemes (for widows, orphans, etc), medical support scheme, scholarship support scheme (from cradle to university level), business support scheme, community support projects to mention but a few.

Under her direct Management, The Foundation has held Professionally executed and highly-successful Conferences across Nigeria, in the UK, USA and the Philippines. Several Lagos State First Ladies have graced the Lagos Conferences
